In a recent “WhiteDudesForKamala” event, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg commented on abortion. In particular, as reported at The Daily Signal, he stated that “men are also more free in a country where we have a president who stands up for things like access to abortion care. Men are more free.”
The statement recalled to mind a video produced by LiveAction called “ProChoiceMen”. The satirical video points out a number of ways in which abortion makes men “free,” just as Pete Buttigieg notes. I encourage you to watch it (less than 3 minutes). Would Buttigieg applaud the video?
In building a culture of life, this issue is certainly one that we will have to address.
