Likely you already know that Amendment 79 passed in the election just completed. A 55% vote was required and in the end 61.9% (according to the secretary of state website) voted in favor of enshrining abortion in the state constitution and removing restrictions on tax payer funding of abortion.
You might think that voters in the Denver/Boulder area were mostly responsible for the total, but a majority (51.9%) voted for the amendment in El Paso County.
Results also show that only 77% of the voters actually cast ballots in El Paso County (78% statewide).
Colorado is a no holds barred abortion state.
As regards abortion, the pro-life movement in Colorado has no way to go but up.
