Feast of the Holy Innocents

The Feast of the Holy Innocents is observed on December 28th and commemorates the massacre of infants in Bethlehem by King Herod after the birth of Jesus. The Church recognizes these children as holy martyrs. It is also a time to pray for all children, including those affected by abortion, and to reflect on the value of every human life
